Is it difficult to find a calm space beneath your everyday thoughts? Each Monday evening, we make that effort during 40 quiet, meditative minutes. Our Silent Meditation practice gradually provides a spaciousness and perspective that informs our life outlook and our relationship with others. We have a generally Buddhist orientation — including following the Buddha’s own advice to believe those things that we have tested and found to be true, in our own lives.
