The Heritage Site to be built in Baden Park will commemorate the lives of local civil rights activists and tell Rochester’s stories. Susan L. Taylor, American writer, journalist, and former editor-in-chief of Essence Magazine will be the keynote speaker. Our church is hosting this event in partnership with the Spiritus Christi Anti-Racism Coalition and First Universalist.
