Online Guided Meditation Series through August 26
Learn to more deeply savor the long days of summer and cultivate openness and calm in a group. Online meditation classes will be offered Thursdays at 3:00 PM or at 5:30 PM. Beginning meditators welcome. Please select the 3:00 PM or the 5:30 PM timeslot. It’s best if you can attend at least six classes. Questions or to sign up, please email Rev. Joy Collins.
